I bring a unique understanding of the power of technology and a value led approach that makes my advice highly achievable. Working recently for clients including Virgin, British Airways, and GSK, I have a passion for humanising digital technologies to improve experiences (customer, employees, and citizens).​

Working mainly for large FTSE 250 and public sector organisations at a C-Suite level, I've been a Partner at Gate One (a Havas company), overseeing the technology and data practices with a team of over 90 people. I also held global executive positions at Havas as Chief AI Strategy Officer, and Global Exec Board Member of the Havas CX Network.
